Our mission at Kiin Yoga is to create a healthier, calmer and more vibrant world. We use yoga as a tool to alleviate stress and empower people to be their most radiant and kick-ass selves.
Kiin Yoga classes combine energising movement, calming breath work and relaxation techniques. Kiin Yoga is for all ability levels. We’re based on strong scientific evidence around movement and the nervous system.

Jaime began her career in the fast-paced world of branding and advertising, and discovered yoga as a tool for staying grounded and clear headed in high pressure situations. She also found it a brilliant way to work out the physical tension that comes with long work days over keyboard. As the founder of Kiin Yoga, Jaime is passionate about sharing yoga’s physical and mental benefits, and pushing the agenda for happier and healthier work environments.
Susie completed her yoga teacher training in London in 2014, and has been teaching ever since. She believes that any BODY can practice yoga. Susie sees yoga as a way to slow down, improve focus, and make clear decisions with confidence. In her classes you can expect to be challenged, refreshed and inspired.
